LOVE SOMEBODY RETURN POLICY
We hope you never have to return any of your items, we at LOVE SOMEBODY only aim to inspire those good, good vibes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to make it better for you.
Once you have received your items, inspect them to make sure there are no defects, wrong item(s) sent, or if something is missing. If any of these things happen, please email us within 2 business days at hello@shoplovesomebody.com and we will get it corrected for you.
RETURNS:
- We do not issue refunds. We ONLY issue store credit via e-gift card.
- All returns must be MAILED back. We will send you the mailing address.
- Sale items, accessories, hats/beanies, and items purchased during a sale including our live sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
- If a final sale item is returned to us, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 business days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating.
- You have a 14-day window from time of shipment to return your items for store credit.
- Shipping for return items is non-refundable unless we (LOVE SOMEBODY) made the mistake, therefore the buyer is responsible for the shipping.
- Please allow 2-4 days for items to be processed back & for the store credit e-gift card to be sent to your email.
CANCELED ORDERS:
- Items are eligible for cancelation 30 minutes after order is placed for a full refund with reason. After 30 minutes you will only be issued store credit.
- Items are not eligible for cancellation after packing slip has been printed and is in processing.
EXCHANGES:
- We do not offer exchanges.. An E-Gift card credit will be issued once your return is processed.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service by emailing at hello@shoplovesomebody.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.
- If you contact us outside of the 2 business day window the item does not qualify for replacement or return
DAMAGED ITEMS:
- We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned with USPS, DHL, UPS, Fedex.
- LOVE SOMEBODY is not responsible for Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please click the following links:
